As a food: Used to aid digestion, it is known to relieve nausea and morning sickness, soothes motion sickness, helps relieve swelling and pain, help sooth coughs, colic, heart palpitations, swellings, loss of appetite, inhibit vomiting and treat diarrhoea.

Infused into tea: amazingly refreshing, detoxifying qualities, adds a little zing to any bevy and is often deliciously available after class

As a flower

: Red, white, yellow, beautiful tropical flowers that grow in all sorts of shapes and sizes.

As a hair colour: Those with “ginger” or red hair are often known for their fiery energy, strength, determination, & dedication!

As a word: Has a lovely ring to it!

“Ki”………

Pronounced “Kee”: The circulating life energy that in Chinese philosophy is thought to be inherent in all things.

In traditional Chinese medicine the balance of negative and positive forms in the body is believed to be essential for good health.

Also pronounced &/or spelled: “ch’i”, “chi”, “qi”, and spelled “Ki” in Japanese.

My name is Kylie and I am a fiery red haired yogini who wants to share the incredible practice of yoga with all who are willing to get involved! For the health and wellness benefits are endless, come and join me on the mat.

I will be running classes in various locations within the Victorian Alpine Valley area. I look forward to sharing some great positive, empowering energy with you on the mat. Namaste’
